Good leadership helps businesses, societies and even countries become better, and barely anything is more important to human action than having authority in place. Good leadership helps businesses become much more fruitful, it helps countries achieve more GDP, and even helps societies move forward thereby ending stagnation.
However, without administration or leadership, associations move too gradually, stagnate, and lose their direction.
Composed, farseeing, visionary, gallant are words which have been used to describe leadership qualities, and they are not far from the main meaning of what leadership entails. Correspondence
1. Character:
Without character, one cannot even begin to embody the qualities of a leader. This is because your intrinsic character qualities and constraints assume your basic authority style. Finding out if you already have the character for a leadership position, depends on the evaluation of your personal SWOT analysis ie Strengths, Weakenesses, Opportunities which your strengths present to you and Threats which your weaknesses expose you to.
2. Vision:
As a leader, you should always find a way to convey your organization’s vision to the people who work for you. This first starts by you figuring out what exactly is the vision of the organization.
3. Enthusiasm:
It is not enough to be visionary without being enthusiastic. Your enthusiasm is always communicated to your subordinates and they would reflect it. You need to always inspire your team, “light a fire in their guts” so they can feel the energy and mirror your vision.
4. Correspondence:
As a leader, effective communication skills are one of the most important skills to have and it takes practice. Great leaders keep the staff abreast of changes or updates to happen and are very accessible to the staff. They also hold regular gatherings to ensure that the staff knows about the status of tasks.
